Short Course: 500m Swim / 20km Bike /4km Run
Aquabike
Long Course: 1.5km Swim / 60km Bike
Short Course: 750m Swim / 20km Bike
Sunday: For the Kids
Age 7-9: 100m Swim / 2km Bike /500m Run
Age 10-13: 200m Swim/4km Cycle/1km Run
